Excitement was high as Brunswick Art Works received the 2012 Service to the Arts Award from The Medina County Arts Council and presented by Medina County Commissioner, Steve Hambley. Additionally, Rosemary Mihacevich received a proclamation from Brunswick Mayor, Gary Werner, for her contributions to furthering the arts in the City of Brunswick as Founder and Executive Director of Brunswick Art Works.
A social hour opened the event at the Coppertop Restaurant in Valley City, which was attended by approximately 50 guests. After dinner we were treated to an upbeat performance by the Brunswick High School Jazz Combo.
